Job Responsibilities:

1. Utilize financial accounting and management principles to comprehensively understand the operational status of the group company and its subsidiaries, provide a basis for the company's operational decision-making, assist the general manager in formulating the company's strategy, and lead the formulation of the company's financial strategic planning;

2. Establish and improve the finance department, create a scientific and systematic financial accounting system and financial monitoring system that aligns with the actual situation of the enterprise, and implement effective internal controls;

3. Responsible for training the professional capabilities and qualities of department employees, providing business guidance during work processes, and assessing and recommending the appointment and dismissal of subordinates according to personnel authority;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job Requirements:

1. No gender restrictions, bachelor's degree or above, graduated in finance and accounting, must have intermediate or higher accountant title, priority given to those with CPA, tax advisor certificates, and experience in manufacturing or healthcare industries;

2. Familiar with national financial management laws and regulations, proficient in financial business and computerized accounting, understand the financial management business processes and characteristics of the healthcare or construction industries, possess certain social relationships, and be familiar with financing procedures;

3. More than 8 years of work experience, priority given to those with over 5 years of management experience in related positions in large and medium-sized enterprises;

4. Possess good professional qualities: loyalty and mindset, insight and sense of responsibility, logic and presentation, emotional intelligence and resilience, etc.;

5. Strong internal planning and control capabilities, organizational leadership, and management decision-making abilities;
