Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the company's annual business goals and operational plans, formulate the company's annual human resources and administrative logistics management goals and annual work plan;

2. According to the department's annual human resources and administrative logistics management goals and annual work plan, formulate and implement the department's annual, monthly, and weekly work plans, and submit the department's work plan and work summary on time each month;

3. Develop short, medium, and long-term human resources based on the company's operational development strategy's human resource needs, and allocate the company's human resources reasonably;

4. Responsible for the company's recruitment work.

 

Job Requirements:

1. More than three years of human resources work experience;

2. Bachelor's degree or above;

3. Honest and steady, with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
