Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product plan planning, event planning, and market plan planning;

2. Participate in the design phase of the plan, direction, design, and selection of results, providing professional suggestions from the market and customer perspectives;

3. Review the progress and feedback of marketing promotion plans at each stage;

4. Complete company assignments or handle temporary work.

 

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, experience in planning for platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu is preferred;

2. Ability to plan projects comprehensively, positioning the project throughout, providing accurate data support for each marketing node, clear thinking, meticulous work, and strong market control ability;

3. Good communication skills, positive spirit, strong execution ability, and team collaboration spirit.
