Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating project marketing strategies and marketing plans, guiding and controlling the direction of project marketing work to ensure project goals are met.

2. Manage the team and complete the training of subordinate employees.

3. Responsible for formulating project execution plans, personnel allocation plans, work breakdown, and overall project budget preparation.

4. Responsible for project cost control, achieving expected profits and returns through multiple channels.

 

Qualifications:

1. More than five years of experience in medical device project marketing management, with experience in multiple categories and projects.

2. Strong market development, project coordination, and communication negotiation skills;

3. Strong market insight, planning and execution ability, with a strong sense of work responsibility and psychological adjustment ability.
