Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize the formulation and execution of the company's business strategy and promotion plan according to the company's strategic goals;

2. Grasp market demand and adjust the strategic development direction of the project;

3. Extract product highlights, leverage the company's advantages, and implement strategic investment and agreement negotiation work with cooperative clients;

4. Organize the selection of marketing planning service providers for the company;

5. Guide the team in preparing feasibility study reports related to land acquisition and other expansion project feasibility analysis reports.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant management experience;

2. Strong positioning, planning ability, and systematic thinking ability, with a solid foundation in language and strong writing skills;

3. Strong ability to withstand pressure, good professional ethics, and team spirit;
