Job Responsibilities:

1. Timely and accurately maintain the inventory management system to ensure consistency between the accounts and the physical items in the warehouse, with clear division of warehouse areas and clear material identification;

2. Manage the receipt, dispatch, and storage of warehouse materials, strictly following process requirements to ensure the accuracy of the quantity and model of received and dispatched materials;

3. Ensure that incoming products are signed for storage only after passing quality inspection; otherwise, refuse acceptance;

4. Fill out the daily warehouse report in a timely manner and send it to relevant departments for immediate inventory inquiries;

5. Organize various ledgers in the warehouse;

6. Responsible for the orderliness, safety, integrity, and effectiveness of product management, implementing zoned storage management for products to ensure warehouse capacity and appearance;

7. Handle the transmission, safekeeping, and archiving of various original documents in the warehouse;

8. Strictly process returned products from the finished goods warehouse according to the return process in a timely manner;

9. Conduct monthly inventory checks of items stored in the warehouse;

10. Ensure the 6S work in your jurisdiction is well done;

11. Comply with various tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, related majors in warehousing, logistics, or management, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.

2. Possess good language expression and communication skills, familiar with warehousing equipment, strong planning and execution abilities, self-disciplined, and lead by example;

3. Have team management awareness and work ability, with strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills;

4. Possess the ability to work under pressure, willing to contribute, and willing to grow together with the company.
