Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist or organize medical conferences, convey medical information, support academic exchanges, and solve clinical medical problems;

2. Responsible for building and maintaining regional expert teams, cultivating product ambassadors;

3. Assist the operations and marketing departments in carrying out and following up on various medical projects and expanding expert collaboration projects;

4. Organize internal and external training to continuously strengthen the product knowledge and medical knowledge of sales managers;

5. Responsible for formulating regional market strategies and product promotion plans, refining product selling points based on regional characteristics, and promoting the implementation of various projects.

6. Conduct market research, monitor market dynamics, collect and analyze competitors' sales situations, and timely guide market strategy adjustments;

7. Assist the company in promoting the internet medical platform, increasing the number of registered and active doctors, and assisting in live broadcasts and other tasks.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; educational background in medicine or related fields; excellent academic performance, with more than 2 years of work experience;

2. Engaging and charismatic in teaching, with strong affinity.

3. Responsible and diligent in work, proactive, and able to accept frequent travel.
